Following your virtual appointment, the Bridal Gallery operates a ‘by appointment only’ consultation service which allows you exclusive use of our boutique for your whole appointment. We recommend that you read through our Frequently Asked Questions section before you book your appointment.
Allowing yourself enough time to find your dress, have it made and have it altered ahead of your big day is so important, as it removes any potential pressure points in the process and allows the whole experience of buying your dress to be an enjoyable one.
Typically, we recommend you order your dress 8-10 months before your big day. Please have a read of our FAQs for more information on why.

Getting to know you.
To match you up with your perfect gown, we first need to know a little more about you. The more we can find out about you in advance of your 1st in-person consultation, the more of an idea we can form about the kind of dress style you are erring towards. This happens through an initial virtual ‘getting-to-know-you’ meeting, time very well spent.
We then work with this information ahead of your one-to-one meeting to pull together an edit of our dresses. Because we’ve already filtered your wish-list, we are fully focused on the all-important trying on in the shop. Under careful guidance of Juliette, you will be able to try on a selection of 5-7 dresses that we believe have the potential to be your dream dress. Here’s where the trust comes in… sometimes a wedding dress is not what it seems on the hanger, but is brought to life when tried on.
The ideal scenario is that we are able to help you find ‘the one’. The reality is we know you will be shopping around to find your perfect dress & we understand that.
If you find ‘the one’, brilliant! We will take your details there and then - and pop open a bottle of something fizzy! If you’re not sure, then go and try other dresses on. We can always book you back in at a later date to come and try on again.
